Passage: 2 Samuel 9:1-13
David shows us the justice and equity of the Father when he treats Jonathan's son with kindness. He is invited to always eat at David's table. "The King's Table" points us to the grace of God shown to a lame "dead dog such as I" (his words, not mine...but appropriate). We are reminded that all believing lame dead dogs have been invited to eat at the King's table as one of His own sons! How appreciative are we for this privilege of grace toward us?
